Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting platform may automatically collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited. This information is used to keep the website running and is not used to identify you personally.

For security and abuse prevention, we also derive a salted, one-way hash of your IP address and store it with your inquiry. We do not store your raw IP address. The hash cannot be reversed to recover your IP address, but it allows us to limit the number of submissions from a given source. This hash is accessible only to authorized Xalam Solutions administrators.
